Returns
All sales are FINAL. But Exchanges are gladly excepted! Please contact us at Fraulein Couture within 7 days of delivered item (vmfroehling@yahoo.com)
To be eligible for a exchange, item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. Tags must still be attached. Once item is received at our studio, the exchange process will proceed.
Exchange Terms:
- SOLD OUT or ONE-OF-A-KIND items: Credit towards available inventory
- Made to Order Items: Exchange for a different size
Non-returnable items:
- Custom made items
- PPE Face Masks
- Special Occasion (Bridal / Evening Wear)
Exchanges (if applicable)
Once the garment is received and inspected, we will send the customer an email to notify that we have received the returned item.
We will then begin the exchange process. If there is a balance owed for damages or restock fee, customer will be invoiced.

Customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost packages.
